I am a very hard working, professional individual, a born leader with a lot of years being in high profile leading roles which I have thrived. I have got over 20 years experience in retail, having developed my skills as a leader through management and ownership of my own business. I am a driven and professional individual with a number of transferable attributes that includes team building, getting the best out of all staff, being creative, people management, working to targets, excellent organisation skills.

I have an excellent sickness record, having not been off sick since I was 16 years old, I am self motivated who always strives to be better. I lead by example and I am a real people person who is passionate about retail. I would be an asset to any retail business which I believe demonstrates that I am an excellent candidate.

My current job is an Area Manager job dealing with 5 different shops, since I came into the business in November, I had a plan to change there business as they admitted they hadn't changed anything in 50 years and were stuck in the past, so I came in and brought a fresh approach to all 5 shops, creating a modern counter display, butcher packs, gluten free weeks, ready meal groups, I have created a real positive feel good factor in all of the shops and I get on fantastic with the owners as I have done with every job iv ever had. The time feels right for me now to end my butcher career as I have achieved everything I could've dreamed of achieving, but still stay in retail in a different sector due to my passion for retail and for people.
