My professional experience would be mainly a mix between Hospitality and Contact Centre Advisor roles which gave me the skills to work well with computers, work well under high-stress situations, object handling which we would go above and beyond for the customer aswell as work as part of team to achieve goals set by the individual aswell as the teams
Obtaining 9 GCSEs with Maths English and Science as essentials alongside a Level 3 Extended Diploma in ICT achieving a Double Distinction Merit
