• Travelling Field service engineer specialising in installation, service and repair of electronic industrial equipment across the north of the UK
• Worked various roles within the building of this business such as Accounts, processing costing queries helping to keep within financial budgets and increase profits , configuring sales quotas and estimates for work and machinery, implementing price changes and being a point of contact for suppliers

  Sales and customer relations, dealing with a high volume of customers daily via telephone or face to face meetings. Maintaining a constant happy working relationship assisting their every need in the supplying of goods and resolving dispute or breakdown issues

  Lead operator on a line manufacturing goods for Aerospace, having to work to an extremely high level of detail following FOD procedures required by the aerospace sector 

• Working closely with clients to try and achieve a specification of product that will then be unique to them helping to win contracts and increase the turnover on processes run by myself,
• Adapting to an constantly changing work environment keeping up to date with technologies and trends to suit client needs
• One such project required innovative solutions for a client that then led to me to receiving an award within the company for Customer service and Innovation 
• Planning production runs in advance so that following employees could run for extended periods seamlessly, forecasting times and production outputs.
