Working under the guidance of the designated adapted curriculum lead or senior staff, the Outreach Worker will supervise and support pupils in 1-2-1 in community environments and classroom-based settings, enabling them to engage in agreed learning activities linked to individual learning strategies. The role includes assisting in the management of pupils, promoting positive engagement, and ensuring that each young person is equipped to succeed in their educational learning journey.
