Declan Howe

I'm a dedicated individual and I'm very energetic wherever i can be. I have done volunteer work for both St John's Ambulance and the Gwent and Powys Army Cadet Force. I do have ADHD which means at times I may be more energetic than normal, I can also have lots of energy at times.

I can also be a good team leader from my experience in both volunteer positions I have been in. I can also be a team player and mix with other people to help them wherever they need improvement. I am a responsible and hard-working person wherever needs be.

I'm on time whenever I need to be and I'm very adaptable in whatever situation I am placed in. I also communicate wherever I need to.
