Covering the whole of Wales, part of the technical and compliance team. Checking plumbing, heating and solar installations, assessing the quality of the works carried out and ensuring compliance with all Government and regulatory bodies, statutory rules and regulations as set out under the government backed ECO4 scheme. Ensuring quality standards of the work was monitored and maintained, met and upheld, reporting and documenting all works and issues with daily live tracker updates and daily submitted reports to central office – along with resolution of any issues reporting any issues and items to the relevant departments for corrective actions.
Work was remote with 2/3 visits daily to addresses provided by the company's spread sheets and live daily tracker to assess works at completed properties, and reporting any breaches / issues or problems via a live tracking spreadsheet and upload of detailed reports with photos submitted daily on each project. Any additional issues were reported to a line manager in the central office via a WhatsApp group or phone, to ensure all issues were captured and reported to the relevant departments for corrective actions to be implemented.

My time there helped further my career in the construction and refurbishment industry's. Unfortunately, my employment with Sandersons ended when the company sadly went into administration.
