About
I am a compassionate and reliable worker with experience supporting children, families, and adults with diverse needs. I have strong interpersonal skills, a calm and empathetic approach, and I am committed to promoting independence, dignity and well-being in the people I work with. I am currently awaiting final confirmation of my BA (Hons) Social Work degree.
I have developed a solid foundation in safeguarding, relationship-based practice and multi-agency collaboration. I am now seeking a support worker role where I can apply my practical skills, provide quality support and continue developing professionally within a social care setting.
