Commercially driven Senior Store Manager and retail leader with over 35 years of progressive experience across luxury, premium and fashion retail. Recognised for building high-performing teams, developing future leaders and delivering exceptional customer experiences through inspirational leadership, commercial thinking, store management and retail operations. Over the course of my career I have led flagship and premium retail environments, managed teams of up to 25 colleagues and held full accountability for sales performance, profitability, P&L, payroll and cost control, recruitment, succession planning, visual merchandising and customer experience.

During more than 20 years with Radley Retail I progressed to Senior Store Manager, introducing coaching programmes, KPI management and data-led decision making through Power BI, alongside leadership tools that strengthened accountability, engagement and commercial awareness. Alongside my retail career I founded and successfully operated The Commplex, my own event management business, demonstrating entrepreneurial drive, commercial acumen and exceptional organisational skills.
