Delphine Marcillaud

I am someone who has always been passionate about Human Development. I studied Psychology at University and finished my studies 19 years ago before I moved to the UK to gain more experience and develop my English skills. Since then, I have worked with families who have SEN children and trained as a Montessori Teacher.

I enjoyed the holistic approach of the Montessori way and I have come to realise I enjoy working alongside Parents to support their journey into Parenthood. I am curious always seizing opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge; anything that can add another piece to the big puzzle of what the Human Mind represents. I have been described as being someone who is compassionate, positive, enthusiastic and who truly trusts in the potential of children.

I am currently working in a Montessori Nursery in North London where I am the Lead Practitioner, Deputy Manager, Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead and I also have a First Aid Certificate obtained a year ago.

I recently completed the ELSEC programme (The Early Language Support for Every Child) and became really interested in working more in depth with children who experience difficulties with their Language development.
