Property Development Project 2020-2021.
I recently worked on a property development project in the Caribbean as a project manager of a family project.
The job involved;
- Secured sales of real estate acquisitions within timeframe
- Arranging meetings, remotely with various companies,
- Liaised with team to determine scope of work, project requirements, whilst providing monthly updates to facilitate successful working relationship
- Led and directed research and development partners to meet long-term goals.
- Organised travel to Jamaica for construction industry organisation, to establish related development site requirements
- Made decisions independently and collaboratively on architectural, and administrative related challenges.
- Orchestrated projects within strict budget constraints by solving complex problems, while working closely with senior leaders
All challenges of the the role was embraced as I have a passion for real estate
