· Directed the design of the blueprint for RWA process simplification and optimisation, with projected outcomes of c.60% data footprint reduction, c.17 hours per month of operational efficiency gains, and a c.40% reduction in capacity consumption.
· Standardised delivery of 9 new highly reusable finance data assets across 3 regulators (PRA, HKMA, ECB), embedding scalable design patterns for future onboarding.
Multiple Risk Ratings (MRR) framework for multi-regulator reporting and Basel 3.1 compliance

Programme turnaround for IRB Repair and Article 146 regulatory compliance
· Implemented a new enterprise capital add-on solution covering 60%+ of Group IRB models across wholesale, retail, and private banking.
· Recovered IRB Repair to operational readiness, met PRA and ECB regulatory deadlines, and transitioned standardised processes to a new offshore delivery model.
Cloud-based finance model execution platform and Machine Learning (ML) infrastructure assessment
· Led the design of a new Google Cloud finance model execution platform across 3 jurisdictions, enabling consistent orchestration, development, and harmonisation of 360+ internal forecasting models.
· Assessed a new Microsoft Azure infrastructure to support an ML pilot, meeting the Monetary Authority of Singapore's criteria for an ML grant.
Business alignment and programme recovery for Quantitative Impact Study (QIS) regulatory data gathering
· Returned QIS delivery to on-track status within 2 months, applying sound and decisive judgement to pivot the implementation strategy.
· Migrated QIS functional business processes from risk to regulatory reporting, aligning functional ownership and accountability.
· Built end-to-end QIS capability from the ground up, delivering a cloud-based calculation toolset, redesigning the process architecture, and transitioning to offshore BAU.
Annual Cyclical Scenario (ACS) stress test submission and offshore process integration
