& BA Property Development The MSc Façade Engineering has taken full account of the UWE Bristol Strategy 2020, specifically the theme “Ready and able graduates”.
I am a facade engineer with a particular range of skills and experience. I understand the facade behaviour and can undertake design, manufacture, and installation.
I provide advice on both existing and new buildings. I am involved in the design working alongside the architects, QSs and structural engineers. I also get involved in surveying, diagnostic and remedial work. I have a passionate for research and testing. Having developed a wider breadth of cladding skills and deeper knowledge of this discipline, my role is to advise across the full range of materials, systems and performance types.
