Hard-working, flexible and dedicated employee. Since leaving the army I have been fortunate enough to have varied driving employment. I hold an HGV 1 licence and have experience in long and short haul as well as multi drop.

I have worked multi shift patterns and have experience of driving box units, transporters, tipper, plant delivery, walking floor, hook arm & skips. Although I have had several employers in the haulage sector, the reason for change has almost always been the contraction of that employers business.

• Second Battalion, Royal Regiment of Fusiliers (March 1992 - March 1996): 2 year tour of Northern Ireland where was 2nd in command of a team patrolling streets to keep the peace; 2 year tour of duty in Chester in conventional warfare circumstances, during which time did a 6 month tour of the Falkland Islands
• First Battalion, Royal Regiment of Fusiliers (March 1996 - Jan 2001): 13 months based in Catterick training in mortar platoon fire support company including a 6 week tour in Canada; 12 month posting in Londonderry where was section commander of a unit that worked within the intelligence platoon; 31 months posted at North Luffenham which included a further 6 month tour of Northern Ireland as part of an assault pioneer platoon as a plant operator coordinator (JCB)
• Royal Logistics Corps (January 2001 - October 2003): Based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire was team commander in charge of a unit and fleet of various vehicles, as well as whilst having charge of the upkeep of the squadron stores
