Experienced Kitchen Porter and Assistant
I am a highly experienced kitchen porter and assistant. I have, in recent years, worked at Rick Stein's in Marlborough, The Polly Tea Rooms in Marlborough, Cobb's Café kitchen in Hungerford, among others. Most recently, I've been employed at Polly's and Cobbs.
I am very comfortable in a kitchen environment whether on pot wash, plate wash or food preparation. I am obviously highly experienced in kitchen hygiene and safety, all the daily tasks expected from a kp; emptying bins, refilling sanitizer bottles, putting away stock deliveries - deep cleaning etc. I have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
I have a background in education as my CV shows, however, I have worked in kitchens on and off since 1981, and so am very comfortable in a kitchen environment. I am happy to work all shifts and I am looking for a live-in position.
