About

My name is Destinie-Richelle Brown. I was born on the 19th of November in 2006. I am currently 19 years old. My hobbies are photography, performing arts, drawing, and singing. I grew up with many little siblings and had grown up teaching them and helping them with school work (which I do to this day) I sometimes baby sit them aswell.

I am searching for a job within either stores, pubs, or nursery. I love working with animals and making sure they are happy and well kept. I can work well in a team or solo, I am up for a challenge and enjoy pushing myself to work as hard as possible.

In school I was a prefect and an ambassador, I always pushed myself to get the best grades I could to help set me up for my future.

Within this job I have to demonstrate customer service skills and my ability to deal with any issues that other staff may have. With being a supervisor I have pushed myself to go above and beyond for my co workers and my customers. I make sure to treat every customer with a smile and build a friendly relationship to make sure they feel welcome to come back again.

I currently work part time at The Grand Junction which is a pub local in Crewe Town Centre. I have learnt how to all the basics for bartending and I was also taught how to change barrels so I can confidently work within a pub experience.

I did some shifts at the Hop Pole helping out at the bar and collecting glasses, I was trained how to pore pints and how to speak to the customers to make them feel welcome. This job taught me how to give a positive attitude to each and every person who came in.

McDonalds Crew Member - McDonalds - Macon Way, Crewe

I had worked in McDonalds (Macon Way, Crewe) for two years. This was my first proper job and it had taught me many skills, I learned how to communicate to my co workers and how to work in a team. I always pushed myself as it was hard sometimes and very busy, but I would stay focused on the tasks. I would work in the kitchen preparing the food, customer service where I would give out the food or take customers orders at the till or drive thru. I can work tills and technology very well.
