• Shadowed healthcare professionals to gain an understanding of how a busy GP practice operates.
• Assisted reception staff with administrative tasks and organising paperwork
• Observed how patient appointments and records were managed while respecting confidentiality
• Developed communication and teamwork skills by working alongside doctors, nurses and administrative staff.
• Maintains a professional attitude and always followed health and safety procedures.
