With over five years of diversified experience in both automation and manual testing, I have worked across multiple industries including retail, commercial, utility, and travel. My expertise spans a range of technologies including Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Cypress, JavaScript, API testing, and Swagger. Additionally, I have extensive experience in creating comprehensive test documentation, conducting regression testing, and performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
This breadth of experience has equipped me with a robust skill set to tackle testing challenges effectively across different domains and technologies while ensuring the quality and reliability of software systems
I graduated with a Master's degree in Computer Science from Sheffield Hallam University in October 2021.
