Senior HCA since October 2021, my job involved assisting with personal care, meals and drinks, ensuring all documentation was completed and up to date, working as part of the care team to ensure dignity and safety of residents, working with the Nurse in Charge administering medication as well as assisting GPs, Social Workers , Families and other outside agencies
