I am a highly motivated and reliable 16-year-old seeking my first part time job, looking to bring in a positive attitude, strong communication skills and the willngness to adapt and learn. I am eager to contribute to a team to build on my experience and work in a different environment in which I will be keen to take on customer facing roles as I demonstrate hugh levels of versatility. My commitment to personal growth also extends from academic achievements to personal interests, including music and fashion which have develped my creativity, confidence and teamwork skills which push me to strive for excellence in all fields.

Work Experience - Falcons Primary School

I gained valuable Work Experience during my time at Falcons Primary School by working with the staff to ensure that young pupils were working at their best, being pushed to their full potential and being supported in doing so. My employer was extremely impressed with my performance alongside the other members of staff that I had to work with. She also appreciated my ability to work under given circumstances of a school environment which nurtured my focus and empathy skills because I had to respond to the needs of teachers and their students.

My skills of encouragement with the children helped them work towards their academic goals as I was a person in which they looked up to. This experience commended my understanding of the ways of the workplace as I have now seen school life from a different perspectizve. It has offered me a glimpse of how crucial clear communication and effective planning and structure of a team in a professional work environment.

I had developed excellent communication with children and adults which translates to customer service and was consistent of my behaviour during my time there.

Freelance Digital Creator with experience creating digital content for social media platforms. Responsible for planning ideas, filming and editing content, and keeping up with current trends to engage audiences. Worked independently to manage time effectively, meet deadlines, and maintain consistent posting. Developed strong creative, communication, and organisational skills through producing content regularly. Worked alongside local creators to improve content.

Volunteer - Local Community

From time to time, I volunteer independently for my local community to care for the elderly. Being with them has improved my reliability and sense of gratitude because I am always prepared to lend a helping hand however I can. In addition, I have planned and executed activities for the whole community of children and adults, such as Christmas gatherings, VE day celebrations and sports tournaments, to ensure their enjoyment where I hosted activities, walks and catering assistance in which I still do daily when I have the opportunity.

This has improved my serving skills of service for others. Furthermore, this has developed my organizational and decision-making skills as well as my patience and caring nature, which has motivated me to become a happy and compassionate person.
