• Looking in process quality activity of production lines & Analysis for daily quality problem.
• Implementing of KAIZEN & OPL.
• Responsible for Pre-Dispatch Inspection.
• Manpower Handling and making parts inspection report of BOP as per schedule.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S BOP area.
• Daily documents update & process work setup approval verification.
• Working towards reduction PPM level at the customer & in-house.
• Training to the manpower regarding - inspection Method and use of instrument/Gauges.
