In E-Com, I pack customer orders neatly and work as a troubleshooter.

I handle issues like incorrect SKUs, missing items, carton audits, reprinting labels, and finding SKU labels. I report invalid cartons to the flow room and fix tote or case issues in the WCS system. When consolidation errors happen, I check the SKU, item, and quantity—sending quantity issues to Inventory and COO or item issues to Returns.

I also process JD, SS, and DYO orders. Along with my operational skills, I am a certified First Aid responder, always ready to support my team's safety and well-being. My attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and teamwork help keep warehouse operations accurate and efficient.

Inventory Auditor (Staff-Shop) - VF Corporation

As an Inventory Auditor in the staff shop, I check and confirm customer bookings every day. If a customer does not visit the shop, I contact them to ask the reason. This is also part of providing good customer service.

Each day, I also check all the booking slots, making sure only five people are allowed per slot. Since each slot is only for 30 minutes, if a customer stays longer, I politely explain that their time is finished and kindly ask them to leave the shop so the next group can enter. I learned how to handle customers and communicate with them politely and professionally.

Every day I speak with visitors, including people from outside the UK and outside VF, and I explain what they can buy, the purchase limits, and the shop rules. My communication skills are strong, and I can explain things clearly. If a customer has a problem or does not understand a rule, I always help them and try my best to resolve their issue.
