I’ve worked in professional wet laboratories. 2 high level notable pieces of work

1. isolating and screening around guildford for novel actinomycetes. This included DNA sequencing of the bacteria, once actinomycetes were isolated, the experiment proceeded to search for novel antibiotics that can potentially be used against a host of diseases.
2. Experimentally and statistically analysing APEC ecoli with and without a virulence plasmid. (Dissertation)
