Tameside arts ltd - (2015 - 2019) - music coordinator - -Worked with adults with learning disabilities, providing workshops and lessons in different instrumentation and music styles.
- Responsible for planning and conducting sessions aimed at introducing adults and children with varying degrees of disabilities to the arts, with a primary focus on music.
- Led groups of between five and twenty clients in music sessions, fostering creativity and skill development.

- Actively involved in the growth of the project, contributing to over 30 million streams and numerous sold-out shows.
- Toured multiple times across the UK, Europe, USA and Canada. Played a large part in the planning, budgeting and logistics.
- Played a key role in growing a large social media base with nearly 30,000 followers on instagram, 10,000 followers on tiktok and large followings on both X and facebook. This has allowed me to gain a large understanding of how each social platform works and the best practices to use for the highest amount of interactions.
- Worked closely with a record label to make and release an album which has given me a strong level of insight into the inner workings of a label.
- Actively participated in setting up 'Animals in Costume,' the band's merch company, focusing on ethically sourced garments, and responsible for designing merchandise using digital design software, mainly adobe photoshop. My responsibilities range from budgeting for each garment, working out margins and selling price, dealing with different garment companies, designing each item, working out the quantities needed based on provisional tour ticket sales and ultimately ordering the merchandise within the necessary timeframe.
- Worked in tandem with the band’s accountancy firm to make sure all incomings and outgoings are accounted for and made sure all transactions are reconciled using Xero accounting software and quarterly VAT returns are filed.
