I have been a brewer for over 30 years.
I have pioneered the launch of beer styles (Michael Jackson credited me with being the pioneer of the rebirth of IPA), and product categories on a national basis with the Co-Op, Morrison, and Sainsbury supermarkets.
I have been a strong advocate and launched some of the first commercially viable Fair Trade, Organic, and named source products , and I have developed new products for Sainsbury and also new drinks developments in collaboration with Lipton teas in the UK and NL. Also working with Sam Adams in the US and judging beers at UK and International standard.
I enjoy the challenge of fitting new product developments to category demands for product profile and cost demands.
