I currently work at a GP surgery where I oversee the administration and reception team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the front office. My role involves coordinating staff, supporting patient services, managing administrative processes, and maintaining high standards of communication and organisation. I have developed my career within general practice, beginning as a receptionist and progressing into a leadership role. I also have a Diploma in Customer Services, supporting my ability to deliver high-quality patient care and manage service standards effectively. In addition, I have completed my A Levels and GCSEs, providing a strong academic foundation that supports my professional development.
