System Leadership & Strategic Direction: Shapes place-based strategies that align healthcare providers, local authorities, community organisations and other partners around shared priorities. Contributes a system-wide perspective informed by senior leadership experience across primary care, commissioning and integrated care.
Healthcare Transformation & Service Redesign: Guides the redesign and integration of services, pathways and models of care to improve coordination, accessibility and operational effectiveness. Offers experience across planned care, community services, primary care and urgent and emergency care. Quality, Risk & Patient Outcomes: Provides constructive scrutiny of clinical quality, patient safety, organisational risk and performance.
Ensures strategic decisions remain grounded in evidence, frontline realities and the needs of patients and communities.
Financial Stewardship & Resource Allocation: Contributes to the responsible allocation of resources within financially constrained and highly regulated environments.
