Admin and Communications Officer for The Mullany Fund, a social mobility charity supporting young people in Wales facing social and economic barriers into STEM careers. Organize, train and liaise with a large network of volunteer mentors who are STEM professionals. Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking industry and school partnerships, funding opportunities, and mentor statuses and clearances.

Create and maintain social media outreach, including monitoring, learning and evaluation. Previously worked as Research Lead for the Open Book Collective, a UK charity with international membership devoted to sustainable and equitable open access infrastructures for books. Played a key role in participatory research process leading to community governance model establishment.

Extensive stakeholder engagement experience in the UK, Europe and Africa, delivering impactful outcomes supporting equity and collective power. Have worked regularly with librarians, publishers, infrastructure providers, and academics.
