I have been in the hospitality business for over 20 years from owning my own business to work for restaurants to family run cafes.
I have mainly worked in the kitchen prepping food getting counters set up for service cleaning even laundry.
I have also worked front of house taking orders getting them ready serving customers plus all cleaning down ready for next day service.
