A time served engineer, currently working as an Equipment tool owner, managing all etch tools including silicon, metal, poly, and oxide etch tools in the wafer fab. I ambitious and self-driven multi skilled engineer, a history of operating within a lean manufacturing facility, with strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for continuous improvement. A confident self-motivated team player who is conscientious, hardworking, driven by responsibility and the achievement of targets & deadlines.

Found to be most effective when challenged by new situations and the opportunity to think laterally, being creative in the identification of solutions.
