I use Agile & Lean principles through a quality lens to help teams improve communication in order to achieve closer collaboration, faster feedback & ultimately deliver value sooner.

I use my experience from software testing & product delivery consulting to help teams identify value, the value streams in which work items get delivered & bottlenecks impeding the flow.

With this information in our toolbelts, we set about removing those impediments & smashing bottlenecks so that teams can more easily solve their customers challenges.

I've been software product development for over 20 years, initially in Software Testing for over a decade & shifting into Delivery Management for the remainder.

I made the shift from testing to delivery after realising that testing is where the symptoms are observed & treated, but actually we need to get to the underlying issues which are causing the symptoms in the first place.

Being within software testing did give me the influence I needed to improve the SDLC upstream from testing, so I now take a quality centred view of software product delivery in order to solve our customers problems sooner.
