I'm an AI Solution Architect at a UK fintech, where I design, build, and run a production AI platform for consumer-credit lenders, and I serve as the company's ISO 27001 Technical Information Security Officer. I work end-to-end across system architecture, agentic AI systems on Vertex AI Gemini, MLOps, and the security and governance that make production AI trustworthy in a regulated setting. I lead a four-person engineering team and progressed from DevOps to ML Engineer to AI Solution Architect over three years at the same company.
On the side I build Forge — a Rust daemon for AI agent decision intelligence and observability — which is also how I keep close to the patterns underneath modern agentic systems.

I'm the technical lead of a four-person engineering team and the company's ISO 27001 TISO. I built and operate the Finexos AI platform — a five-microservice estate on GKE Autopilot, the lakehouse and ML infrastructure behind it, and the Finexos Dashboard Agent on top: a LangGraph supervisor with specialist subgraphs on Vertex AI Gemini, live with two lender clients in Spain and Africa, processing 37,500+ live AI-driven decisions at 99.1% reliability. I built our MLOps system, Fiola — model registry with candidate/blessed/rollback, walk-forward validation, 17+ acceptance metrics, and one-command promote/rollback.
I self-host Langfuse on GKE for LLM and agent observability, and own the audit pack each regulator reads. Earlier this year I shipped a working Mercedes-Benz Financial Services prototype in a week from a single CEO whiteboard.

Brought in to take Finexos off an inherited AWS monolithic platform. I refactored the AWS estate (ECS, EKS, Lambda, S3) into Kubernetes microservices on a 100% Terraform footprint, stood up Kubeflow as the MLOps platform, and orchestrated a zero-downtime AWS-to-GCP migration onto the GKE Autopilot footprint Finexos still runs on. Cut cloud spend 30% via Prometheus-driven scaling, and stood up a company-wide WireGuard VPN and a custom SIEM (Falco + Fluentd + Kibana).
Converted to a full-time Finexos employee in January 2023.
