I am an extremely hard working and dedicated individual, who has a variety of hand skills due to my experiences as a Joiner and various Maintenance roles. I am comfortable and confident in positions of responsibility due to my experiences at work and in my personal life. I am a very driven and flexible individual, which means I can quickly embrace new working practices and patterns to help meet the needs of the business.

Despite being diagnosed with dyslexia, I have had a career that requires me to read safety critical documents and complete safety critical tasks. Personally, I believe this is a huge achievement as this disability has not affected my career.

Multi-drop Delivery driver - The Fresh Food Company

• Complete van checks at the start and end of every shift, ensuring the vehicle is fit for the road and any new defects is logged for repairs.
• Complete any minor vehicle maintenance tasks when required, if defects are more significant, then escalate the defect to management to co-ordinate.
• Reviewed the assigned delivery schedule, highlighting any concerns that will impact delivery times due to known traffic issues that has not been considered.
• During the delivery, I would ensure the customer is happy with the quality of their food delivery, complete the paperwork and return to the depot with any issues that has impacted the customer.
• Keep up to date with all Health & Safety regulations that impact Food & Hygiene, Road Users and internal driver updates.

• Complete van checks at the start and end of every shift, ensuring the vehicle is fit for the road and any new defects is logged for repairs.
• As drivers are not permitted to complete any maintenance tasks, all defects were reported to the in-house mechanic to repair or manage.
• Reviewed the assigned delivery schedule, highlighting any concerns that will impact delivery times due to known traffic issues that has not been considered.
• During the delivery, I would ensure the customer is happy with the quality of their sofa before completing any paperwork. If any issues arose, I would liaise with the depot and the sale team and remove the sofa.

City Facility Maintenance - Mitie Technical Services

Bus Driver - First Bus Glasgow

• Complete regular vehicle checks on the Passenger Carrying Vehicle (PCV) throughout the day, ensuring the vehicle is fit to be used for passengers and on the road.
