Having worked in a retail I have gained great customer service skills by working on the shopfloor as well as behind the till. Day-to-day customers with different expectations and needs has allowed me to experience and adapt to situations for improvement and customer satisfaction. Working under pressure, we often had deadlines while working late shifts to get the jobs completed for the next morning opening. This has helped me to keep my composure under pressure and timeframes.
