My coaching philosophy was developed working alongside International Managers such as Howard Wilkinson, Gordon Strachan & Jose Mourinho and many other coaches two of whom will provide a reference.
I have an in-depth knowledge of youth academy football having coached academies in Vietnam, Kenya & South Africa and making national team players professional players and have recently been supporting Phil Parkinson at Wrexham scouting looking for youth players to join their academy’s and who has provided the following testimonial.
