I've had diverse experiences across various industries, from self-employment ventures to team leadership roles. As a self-employed fisherman, I've honed my skills in offshore operations, working as part of a close-knit team to pull pots from the seabed, sort catches, and ensure safe navigation, even during nighttime. My entrepreneurial spirit also led me to establish a successful dog boarding business, where I managed client relations, cared for up to 8 dogs simultaneously, and handled advertising and pick-up/drop-off services.

In addition to my entrepreneurial ventures, I've gained valuable experience in team leadership as a Co-op Team Leader, overseeing store operations, managing inventory, handling cash transactions, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. My dedication and strong organisational skills have consistently contributed to the success of the teams I've led.

Furthermore, my passion for horses has led me to roles as a Horse Rider, where I've cared for and exercised up to 15 horses daily, assisted with veterinary and farrier appointments, and showcased horses at training sales.

Throughout my journey, I've demonstrated adaptability, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results, regardless of the task at hand.
