I am excited and passionate about digital technology, cloud-based ERPs and I see the wave of the future going in that direction. I have deep maintenance and project experience with Infor SunSystems, and D365 F&O, which would be critical to the change management process.
In the last five years, I was privileged to be involved in massive new ERP driven transformation from both customer and vendor perspective. On the vendor side with Cegedim, I was exposed to recurring theme of clients struggling from go live date because in most cases, ownership has not been transferred to the clients. On the customer side with NHG, another familiar case of not creating a bridge between the legacy and the new ERP system, in order to reducing the cost of ownership. I am in a unique position to have demonstrated high aptitude for learning two huge finance systems during this period, together with transfer of ownership, which be transferrable..
In the 3 years with NHG, I have built excellent relationships, be it with the Housing Team in addressing challenges with NEC interfaces, which had dogged every month end, or with IT in delivering much needed finance system upgrades or building new integrations and the business when rewriting management reports. These relationship building skills will be key in delivering new initiatives
