I'm Eddie. And I'm 17 years old. My passion is nutrition and health and fitness and content creation. I work out most days to maintain a healthy and strong body. I have a good sleep routine, and I try to practice a high protein diet.
I'm a hard worker and will do anything I can to be helpful and useful and find reward in completing a task. I love being part of a group or team and working together. I like both the social side of it and supporting each other.
I'm a hard worker; once I'm shown and I practice a task, I will work my hardest to perfect it. I'm energetic, kind and caring and I can't wait to get to work.

Currently working with my dad on his self-build project as a labourer 2-3 days a week and on the other days working towards my Maths GCSE resit (exams in May and June 2026).

Helped my dad in his business to prepare and pack car detailing products for his online shop.
Labourer - MD Detailing A couple of summers ago I worked with my dad on his patio. It was physical but so rewarding. I learnt a lot about foundations, tools, and methods.
