Eddie Quick

I’m 18 years old and looking for a job over the summer / until October. I am keen to get a bartending job, as i will have finished a mixology course at spirit lab by the 13th of July. I have a car so i am able to commute and offer lifts to anyone nearby. Overall i have had 3 years of experience in hospitality which has helped me developed necessary skills such as customer service, communication and teamwork, as well as familiarisation with POS systems.

I have been working at various hospitality jobs in the summers since i was 15, such as catering, in which I served food and drinks to guests at large events. I have also had a range of positions at restaurants, from kitchen porter to front of house and waiting. My moist recent job introduced me to bar work, which i hope to pursue more, which i will have the relevant skills required for once i complete my mixology course by the 13th of July.

I have recently completed my A-level examinations in Chemistry, Biology, Philosophy and Theology and an EPQ, and am heading to the university of Bath to do biochemistry in October.
