I am a self motivated and enthusiastic individual who loves helping people and make they fell comfortable.

I have a great deal of customer service and I am confident that I can exceed in customer satisfaction. I am extremely organised, detailed oriented and trustworthy.

I have worked as a Flight Attendant for a Brazilian Airline from 1997 and 2002 and that fantastic experience made me realise that people and Aviation are my passion.

I’ve been working on a face to face customer service role for over 15 years, where I could experience challenging and conflicting situations that tested my ability to solve them in a calm and elegant manner.

For the last 5 years I’ve been working as a Corporate Receptionist/Front of House Coordinator for prestigious Bank And Law firms. I really love this jobs also however, after a long career break I feel I need to do what I love the most and that this is the right time to enjoy my life as much as I did when working as a Cabin Crew member.
