Safeguarding of children and raising awareness as well as recording any issues.

Year group Planning Meetings. Writing letters and informing parents of upcoming events through emails or Class Dojo. Assessing, monitoring and tracking pupils progress in Yea 3 through Reading Tracker, Baseline and Intervention groups/ termly tracker. Liaising and working with LDD and EAL department. Achievements & Successes: Achieved an 88%, 87%, 90%, 95% PASS RATE as Year 3 Cohort End of Year Data tracking Form in Reading, Writing, Maths and Science, Respectively. Managed to retain all my students who will be subsequently going up to Year 4. Maintained good Parent relationship throughout the year. Managed to motivate my team and worked together as a team.
