• Primary point of contact for clients and partners, building long-term relationships with external personal trainers, gym equipment suppliers, booking system sub-contractors, marketing firms and more.
• Recruit, onboard and support team members— identifying potential, building capability, and supporting their professional growth.
• Hold weekly team meetings, set agendas, assign actions and follow up on progress to ensure we meet clients' needs.
• Organise team bonding and client events, including parties, fun fitness competitions and "Kids fit", where locals aged 10-15 would come and learn the foundations of building strength and fitness in a gym setting.
• Plan and execute promotional events, community initiatives and partnerships to grow brand presence and member engagement.
• Manage end-to-end operations, including staff scheduling, workforce planning, and facility safety and hygiene standards.
• Design and implement workflows, SOPs and processes to ensure consistency, compliance and operational excellence across all functions.
• Manage all invoicing, payments and financial tracking for staff and contractors, maintaining accurate records and producing quarterly performance reports.

Youth Sailing Instructor at Flying Fish (2015-08 – 2015-12)

• Taught young sailors (ages 8-18) dinghy skills, taking groups of all different skill levels in Sydney Harbour, making sure they were safe and comfortable in different weather conditions but also ensuring they were having a great time.
