Eleanor Burke

I have worked in the Construction Industry for the past 8 years as both a Building Surveyor and most recently as a Development Manager. I have undertaken projects within a variety of sectors, including commercial, residential, hospitality and retail, and have extensive experience of delivering large development schemes, CAT A & B fit-outs, refurbishments, as well as leading on specialist and conservation projects up to £50m. Through my experience as both building surveyor and development manager, I have been exposed to a wide and varied range of responsibilities which has given me the advantage of being able to demonstrate project delivery skills as well as maintaining a technical comprehension.

I am fully confident in my abilities to produce high quality work to tight deadlines and limited budgets whilst and managing various stakeholder and multi-disciplinary consultant teams on a range of schemes in terms of scale, complexity and location.
