Eleanor Darroch

I currently work for Edinburgh Council as a Social Care Assistant. I work night shift and carry out night duty tasks as required and carry out security checks throughout the night. Although I work on my own in a unit, I work as part of a team also.

I have been employed in the care industry for 24 years in a variety of positions. My work over the years has helped me gain good people skills and communications skills. I believe I am adaptable and can work well within a team or on my own as required.

My organisational skills are good, I believe this is a good skill to have in any workplace. Learning new skills and improving on present skills is something I enjoy greatly and assists me in my work practice.
