Yes, Brixham Charity Shop – Shop Assistant (Mar ’24 – present)

I work part time at the Yes Brixham Charity shop where I sort donations and help around the shop floor. 

• Work effectively with team members and help with sorting through donations and preparing them to be sold on shop floor. 
• Review the condition of the donations and assist in determining the sale price.
• Worked the till and serve on the shop floor.

Worked part time as a waitress and gained work experience behind reception. 

Bistro Waitress 

• Worked collaboratively with the Kitchen team to ensure customers were served promptly. 
• Managed multiple tables and tasks simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
• Interacted with customers to enhance customer satisfaction. 

• Completed ad-hoc admin tasks efficiently, contributing to the smooth running of the hotel.
• Answered customer queries effectively about bookings and hotel services. 
• Collated guest information ensuring a smooth and efficient reservation process.
