- Monitor the security helpdesk, resolve queries where possible, and escalate issues to the appropriate contact or to the Security Service Centre Lead when specialist security support is required
- Work closely with HR and hiring managers to provide recruitment advice on security-related matters, including clearance eligibility, immigration status, and right-to-work requirements

- Vetting POC for one of our main programs, this involves completing pre-employment screening and vetting applications to allow employees to be able to work on the program. Ensuring all record keeping is up to date whilst ensuring correct clearances are held

- Support and maintain accurate security records within SharePoint and ensure in line with GDPR regulations
