Eleanor Worrall

I am a 23year old Sport Scientist. My areas of expertise include coaching, rehabilitation sport psychology, physiology and nutrition.

I had a former career as an international judo player, representing England which provided me with excellent insight and experience in elite sport.

I also compete in equestrian sports, in eventing. I was Vice President and 1st Team Captain of my Universities Equestrian Society where I competed in dressage, showjumping and eventing as well as running competitions, charity fundraisers and other events.

I have worked in a professional sporting environment, through working in a racing yard for a top trainer. Whilst in this role I gained in depth knowledge on what a fast pace sporting environment can be like and learnt a lot about it as a business.

I have coached sessions within my judo club and have coached mat side at international competitions in judo.

I worked within a top professional racing yard as a groom, where I exercised and trained race horses as well as looked after the horses to a high standard.

I have experience working as a horse riding instructor, teaching children how to ride as well as coaching more advanced riders.

I have previously worked as a children's activity instructor, coaching a range of sports to children aged 4-14.
