Since i qualified as a nurse in 1995 and working in UK as a nurse since 2011, I pride myself on being compassionate, attentive, and patient-focused. I consistently work to ensure the physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing of residents, while promoting their dignity and independence.
I am also confident in clinical decision-making, medication administration, care planning, and working effectively in multidisciplinary teams. I bring empathy, strong communication skills, and a calm, professional demeanor, even in high-pressure situations.
Throughout my career, I have worked in a range of healthcare environments, including a Romanian school for children with learning disabilities, hospital settings, and care homes. I also spent three years as a nurse on a cruise ship, which developed my ability to respond to a wide variety of medical needs in fast-paced, multicultural environments. In the UK, I’ve worked within the NHS, BMI private hospitals, and in residential care, all of which have strengthened my clinical skills and person-centred approach.
