With a Master's in Nutrition from Columbia University and a full diploma in food and wine from Leiths School of Food and Wine, my culinary journey spans across catering, restaurants, and my own food business. Creativity is at the heart of my culinary approach. Elevating good recipes to exceptional ones is my forte, often through innovative techniques and unique flavor combinations.
