As a registered Medical Physicist with extensive leadership experience, I have developed a comprehensive skill set in healthcare operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and team management. My most recent role as a Radiological Physicist at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust saw me oversee the implementation and management of quality assurance programmes for x-ray equipment, ensure adherence to safety standards, and optimize service delivery. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, improve clinical outcomes, and drive efficiency in complex healthcare settings.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have experience in managing budgets, developing policies, and providing strategic oversight in multidisciplinary healthcare departments. My previous positions have involved direct interaction with senior leadership, contributing to the improvement of operational processes and contributing to cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high standards of patient care and safety.

I have also contributed to the development of healthcare services through educational and research activities, presenting at national and international conferences and conducting workshops to train healthcare professionals in radiation protection and medical imaging safety.
