• Conduct performance reviews with potential staff and feedback to the general manager.
• Supervise and overview the waiters.
• Opening the restaurant ensuring all objectives and standards have been met to provide the guests with a great customer experience. 
• Take stock checks, replenish all items and close the restaurant to guarantee it is clean and tidy for the following day.

• Being in charge of all the food that leaves the kitchen, I mediated between the chefs and food runners to make sure the guest were receiving their correct meals.
• Stocking service areas with supplies as well as wiping down all tables after they’ve been used to make sure they’re clean and presentable for future guests.
